We have set 3 objectives for this quarter: To support our vision, one objectives is aimed at the public sector, one is aimed at the wider CDPS teams and one is aimed at us as a comms team!
We’ve include activity under each objective and some success measures.
We know the success measures need work (they need to be smarter), but because we’re already a month into the quarter - and we only ran the session last week, we are happy that they are good enough for now.
We’ve divided up the responsibility of monitoring the success measures between the team. Follow along with our progress!
We will discuss as a team on a monthly basis and iterate and tweak as we go!
We work in 2 week sprints and want to make sure the activity we’re prioritising meets our objectives, so we’ve aligned our sprint planning with our objectives.
