We kicked off our summer series of lunch and learns on Monday with Promise and Tom discussing how to turn user research data into valuable insights. It was a popular session with 69 people registering to attend. Our new CRM system really played a positive part in the number of sign-ups. We were able to target those who had clicked the initial promotional email but still hadn’t registered which boosted numbers in the run up. We had 30 external attendees from organisations including NHS Wales, Natural Resources Wales, Cardiff Metropolitan University, Cardiff University and Office for National Statistics.

If you missed it, a recording is available on our YouTube channel or catch up on the main points on this Twitter thread.

This week we’ve been publicising the AI webinar we are hosting alongside The Alan Turing Institute and Welsh Government. Sign ups so far have been really positive with 292 people signed up at the time of writing this, which tells us how hot this topic is right now. We’ve taken a really targeted approach in getting the event details out, using our comms connections within the NHS, WLGA and other public sector bodies to help spread the word through their internal channels. This approach alongside our social media and direct mail activities has really helped to boost numbers.
