At our show and tell this week, Charlotte and Josh focused on two pieces of work and gathered feedback from the wider CDPS team.
Charlotte discussed the annual review 2022-23. I gave a quick recap of what we did last year, what worked well, our plan for this year and how others could help. We asked what they would like to see included in our annual review, what would make them read a review and what they were proud of in the last 12 months.
Josh then presented some concepts on brand, and discussed what a brand is and isn’t.
Josh then outlined the timeline for next steps, including getting sign off with our leadership team and usability testing before launching when we’re ready to.
This week, we said goodbye to Ann, our Head of Delivery. It was great to see the impact Ann’s work has had on colleagues from CDPS and across Wales.
