The CDPS leadership team met for their monthly planning meeting this week. They welcomed Public Digital’s Tom Loosemore and Nick Stewart to share lessons on how countries have approached digital change over the past decade.

Social media analytics: busy for a ‘quiet’ month

This week Gemma has pulled together a comms and engagement report for April. The stats confirmed that April was a quiet month. With Easter, bank holidays galore and school holidays, we knew it would affect engagement.

Although it was ‘quiet’ we still managed to find some great insights that will help us target comms more effectively:
