Communicating Digital: hard-to-reach users

CDPS held its monthly Communicating Digital community of practice this week, with 18 people attending. The focus was on what was working, what wasn’t and future topics. Barriers to involvement include access to the Teams group and chat function (which made some group members feel left out of the conversation) and meeting timings.

Building Bilingual Services: open floor

Heledd Evans, digital services team leader at Natural Resources Wales, chaired this week’s Building Bilingual Services community of practice with 12 people attending.

There was an open floor discussion, covering topics such as text-to-voice software, bilingual HR and the National Eisteddfod.

As with the communicating digital community, lots of members are having trouble accessing Teams and chat, which is stifling interaction between meetings.
