Presentation to board - communications overview

We ran a session for board to give an overview of comms activity and priorities, as well as discussing risk, reputation and how to deal with being approached on social media.

Lots of great questions and an ask for further info on our stakeholder mapping and key messages to be shared.

Outcome:

We're going to commission Ateb to finalise our draft Welsh Language Plan which Ed and Simon will take forward.

Planning session for bilingual community of practice

Great session with a dedicated steering group. Discussed using Haia as our platform for January and also planned the session to gather the views of the community for 2022.

Accessing adult social care show and tell - viewpoint from Mark from Torfaen was particularly powerful about his learning from user research.

Stakeholder mapping

We used the stakeholder map to plan Harriet and Myra's induction. Ed will be working with Miffy on scheduling meetings for the new year.
