A BIG diolch / thank you to everyone who contributed to developing the vision for our Digital Service Standards. The vision is now live:

The team will be holding an internal show and tell on Tuesday 26 September and will be giving an update on their findings from their discovery phase on the problems users face when applying the standards. If you’d like to come along and don’t have it in your diary let Gemma know.
Jo presented to the All Wales (Cymru) Housing Transformation Network today (Friday 15 September). It was an interesting session which highlighted the challenges housing face in supporting their users. Priority areas within digital included removing legacy systems, improving the quality of data, digital capability within teams and aligning with the Digital Service Standards for Wales.
