Weeknotes are a short list of what happened during that week. Transparency is an important component of any Agile delivery, and also aligns with the standard of “Work in the open”

- adolygu ein canfyddiadau profi beta lle rydym wedi nodi a blaenoriaethu rhai o'r atgyweiriadau i'n cynllun sbrint nesaf
- cynllunio ar gyfer ein sbrint olaf a fydd yn cynnwys adeiladu a phrofi'r tudalennau 'amdanom ni' a 'chyrsiau a digwyddiadau'
- wedi parhau i weithio'n agos gyda thîm GEL (Global Experience Language) yn Llywodraeth Cymru sy'n rhoi cyngor ac adborth i ni ar y wefan newydd
- mireinio anghenion defnyddwyr y tîm sgiliau a galluoedd ymhellach, i sicrhau y bydd y cynnyrch hyfyw lleiaf (lansio) yn dal gwybodaeth gofrestru defnyddwyr yn gywir ac yn creu proses gofrestru effeithlon ar gyfer digwyddiadau

This week, we:
- reviewed our beta testing findings where we’ve identified and prioritised some of the fixes into our next sprint plan
- planned for our final sprint which will include the build and testing of the ‘about us’ and ‘courses and events’ pages
- continued to work closely with the GEL (Global Experience Language) team at Welsh Government who provide us with advice and feedback on the new website
- further refined user needs of the skills and capabilities team to ensure that the minimum viable product (launch) will correctly capture users’ sign-up information and create an efficient sign-up process for events

- gwblhau ein rownd gyntaf o brofion beta gyda 5 defnyddiwr, a chasglu eu hadborth i'w ddadansoddi, a fydd yn cael ei adolygu yn ein cyfarfod cynllunio sbrint wyneb yn wyneb yr wythnos nesaf
- gweithio trwy ein harchwiliad delweddau i sicrhau bod y rhai newydd ar ein gwefan yn adlewyrchu ein cynnwys ac yn hygyrch
- baratoi ar gyfer cyfarfod tîm wyneb yn wyneb i gynllunio ein hail sbrint beta, lle byddwn yn adeiladu'r tudalennau sy'n weddill o'r wefan, gan gynnwys cyrsiau a digwyddiadau, amdanom ni a swyddi

This week, we:
- completed our first round of beta testing with 5 users and collected their feedback for analysis, which will be reviewed in our in-person sprint planning meeting next week
- are working through our image audit to make sure our new visuals on the website reflect our content and are accessible
- are preparing for an in-person team meeting to plan our second beta sprint where we will build the remaining pages of the website which include courses and events, about us and jobs

- cynnal ein sioe dangos a dweud beta, lle casglwyd adborth manwl ar ein hafan newydd gan staff o fewn CDPS a chysylltiadau allanol, a oedd yn cynnwys awdurdodau lleol, Cyngor Gweithredu Gwirfoddol Cymru, y GIG ac Awdurdod Cyllid Cymru
- bod yn brysur yn paratoi ar gyfer ein profion beta wythnos nesaf – bydd 5 profwr yn archwilio’r wefan gan gynnwys y wefan Gymraeg, a sut mae’r wefan yn gweithio ar ddyfais symudol

This week, we:
- held our beta show and tell where we collected detailed feedback on our new homepage from staff at CDPS and externals including local authorities, Wales Council for Voluntary Action, NHS, and Welsh Revenue Authority
- have been busy getting everything ready for beta testing next week – 5 testers will be exploring the website including the Welsh site and how the site functions on a mobile device

- dechrau creu cynllun 6 mis ar gyfer ein gwefan sy'n ein helpu i feddwl y tu hwnt i'n lansiad cynnyrch sylfaenol hyfyw, a chynllunio ar gyfer gwella parhaus a dolenni adborth i'n defnyddwyr
- creu'r deunydd a fydd yn cael ei gyflwyno yn ein sioe ryngweithiol a'i adrodd ar 28 Chwefror am 11yb - cofrestrwch am wahoddiad
- cynnal gweithdy gyda'n tîm dylunio sy'n canolbwyntio ar y defnyddiwr i gytuno ar y cwestiynau a'r fformat ar gyfer ein rownd gyntaf o brofion beta, a fydd yn dechrau wythnos 6 Mawrth - cofrestrwch i gymryd rhan

This week, we:
- began creating a 6-month roadmap for our website which helps us think beyond our minimum viable product launch and plan for continuous improvement and feedback loops for our users
- created the material that will be presented at our interactive show and tell on 28 February 11am - sign up for an invite
- held a workshop with our user-centred design team to agree on the questions and format for our first round of beta testing, which will begin the week of 6 March - sign up to participate

- dylunio'r delweddau a fydd yn rhan o'n sioe dangos a dweud rhyngweithiol ar 28 Chwefror. Byddwn yn falch iawn os y gallwch chi ymuno â ni a rhoi adborth ar ein hafan newydd - cofrestrwch am wahoddiad
- dechrau cynllunio ar gyfer ein hwythnos profi beta gyntaf (6-10 Mawrth)
- cynnal gweithdai pellach gyda Llywodraeth Cymru i fireinio ein delweddau a’n dyluniad ar gyfer y wefan, fel eu bod yn bodloni canllawiau Iaith Profiad Byd-eang (GEL)
- parhau i uwchlwytho ac adolygu ein cynnwys cyfredol ar ein gwefan ddatblygu

This week, we:
- designed the visuals that will be part of our interactive show and tell on 28 February. We would love for you to join us and give feedback on our new homepage – sign up for an invite
- started planning for our first beta testing week (6-10 March)
- held further workshops with Welsh Government to refine our visuals and design for the website, so that they meet Global Experience Language (GEL) guidelines
- continued uploading and reviewing our current content on our development site

- derbyn hyfforddiant ar ein system rheoli cynnwys newydd, Drupal, gan archwilio sut i greu cynnwys newydd, tudalennau a rheoli cyfieithu
- cadarnhau dyddiad ein sioe dangos a dweud nesaf ar gyfer 28 Chwefror, 11yb. Bydd y cyflwyniad yn agored i alltudion eto, a byddwn yn gofyn i ddefnyddwyr beth yw eu barn am ein hafan, bydd ffurflen gofrestru yn dilyn yn fuan

This week, we:
- held a workshop with our customer relationship management team to agree the technical process for the user signup data to connect across our systems
- had training on our new content management system, Drupal, exploring how to create new content, pages and manage translation
- confirmed our next show and tell date for 28 February 11am. We’ll be opening the show and tell to externals again and will be asking uses what they think about our homepage, a sign-up form will follow shortly
- continued reviewing, editing, and tagging content to our new development website

- cynnal gweithdy pellach gyda thîm Iaith Byd-eang (GEL) Llywodraeth Cymru, i fireinio a gwella dyluniadau gwefannau
- cynnal trafodaethau pellach am integreiddio'r system gwefan a rheoli perthynas â chwsmeriaid (CRM) er mwyn sicrhau bod data'n llifo'n gywir gan bobl sy'n cofrestru ar gyfer cyfathrebiadau trwy ein gwefan
- cael mynediad i safle datblygu i brofi ein cynnwys
- cynnal gweithdy wyneb yn wyneb yn sbarc i ddeall cynnwys presennol, pa gynnwys newydd y mae ein defnyddwyr ei angen, a chynhyrchu cynllun cyflawni hyd at ryddhau MVP (cynnyrch hyfyw lleiaf).

- held a further workshop with the Welsh Government Global Experience Language (GEL) team to refine and enhance website designs
- held further discussions about integrating the website and customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure data flows correctly from people who register for communications via our website
- got access to a development site to test our content
