A “show and tell” is a short meeting that Agile teams do to show the thing they have been working on. It’s a great opportunity for the team to get feedback from others, and it allows others not directly involved in the project to learn what has been going on and to ask questions. Transparency is a main component of any Agile delivery, and also aligns with the standard of “Work in the open”
